MyElixa Water Band is a flexible smart device that measures the water you drink and encourages you to reach your daily water goal through a personalized system of lights and sounds.

We partnered with MyElixa to create an app that controls all aspects of the smart base and band. We worked for 4 months to present a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) at CES, the world’s most influential tech event. We tackled the challenge of assembling an interdisciplinary and multi-company team with the IoT team based in Amsterdam.
As a result, the team successfully promoted their product, securing distribution agreements in the USA and Japan.
The challenge.
The main challenge was not only to provide an enriching experience for older adults with different habits and ways of interpreting information but also to offer clear and intuitive flows for all possible use cases of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections.
After conducting a survey, we quickly moved on to prototyping user flows to test with potential users. At the same time, the engineering team worked on creating an API that, based on a business services map, supports each of the user flows.

With lightning-fast onboarding and a sleek, minimalist UI, we delivered a game-changing experience for adults on both iOS and Android.
